8. Return Shipping
If a return is authorized in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, the following return shipping requirements apply:
- Return shipments must be authorized by The Aurora Collection in advance; do not ship a return without prior written confirmation
- All returns must be shipped using our approved shipping labels with full insurance coverage for the declared value of the timepiece
- Returns must include the original packaging, box, papers, accessories, and any items included with the original shipment
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect
